During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the spacious rooms and the stunning outdoor areas of the resort. the rooms were large and comfortable, and the bathrooms were sleek and well-designed. the resort's location on the main road made it convenient to access nearby shops and attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the access to the Koshi River from the resort's lawn, which provided a tranquil and serene atmosphere. the clean and well-maintained lawns were also a great bonus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

The lack of maintenance in the resort. the rooms were in desperate need of renovation, both inside and outside, especially after the rainy season.

This hotel is a paradise, surrounded by beautiful nature. Our luxurious river view room had exclusive amenities such as a private balcony, a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with premium toiletries. the swimming pool area was stunning and the service was impeccable. the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. We enjoyed the location advantages, being close to the national park.

We experienced one minor issue which was the slow service in the bar/lounge area. Nonetheless, it did not detract from our wonderful experience at this hotel.

The resort's location is a major highlight, offering a pleasurable experience with direct access to the Kosi River. Guests can take a dip in the river and enjoy the serene surroundings. the resort offers various activities, ensuring an enjoyable stay for everyone. the property also has well-maintained rooms, friendly staff, and prompt service. the restaurant serves delicious food, and the large, comfortable rooms provide all the necessary amenities. Guests can also appreciate the beautiful view of the river bank.

One drawback mentioned by a guest is the need for renovation in both the interior and exterior of the resort.

Checking into my room after a long day of meetings, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and neat everything was. The view from the window was breathtaking, overlooking a lovely garden and the surrounding nature. I also appreciated how conveniently located the hotel was, making it easy for me to reach all my business appointments. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, allowing me to get my work done quickly. And to top it all off, the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

I did notice that the service at the front desk was a bit slow and disorganized. It took me longer than expected to check in and check out, which was a bit frustrating when I was pressed for time.
